Like to purchase a one of a kind painting or limited edition print but feel you don't have the financial means, write us a e-mail and state your reasons along with a reasonable price and we may reduce our price.
Also if you buy one original painting at the regular price we will give you a second one for half price.

Policies: All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept certifed checks and paypal as method of payments. Merchandise to be hand painted at a customers request will require at least 50% down payment.

Shipment: In stock items usually ship within 2 weeks by FedEx. Orders should be inspected by consigner upon arrival. The carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of goods. If package arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and contact Artez Artworks at 630-986-5895.

Returns : No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Artez Artworks. All returns are subject to an 15% restocking fee or a 20% fee for hand painted merchandise. Unless the the error is ours. If a defect is noticed, it should be reported to Artez Artworks within 30 day days of arrival. We will be happy to send you a replacement or to repair at no charge. Items for return more than 30 days after receipt will not be refunded.
